no venti can solo him in story since the beginning bud. the wolf is immune to both anemo and cryo (can’t remember if hydro is included, since I just use Razor that time)

i think dvalin is immune to anemo damage, because it’s actually aiming to the abyss that attached to dvalin that’s why but for me dvalin is immune anemo, the target is actually the abyss thing that attached to dvalin to remove it, come to think of it in comfort dvalin domain it always weakness is the abyssal thing attached to him and not included his whole body unlike the wolf boss right?

We had Venti as free character during our first fight with Dvalin. So nope, Dvalin was never immune to Anemo.
In the story you can use venti to defeat him. So he’s not immune to it
